About The Position

Position Purpose:
Pay Rate: $16.30/Hour and it is paid on the bi-weekly basis. Overtime (OT) is available based on business needs and requires management approval. OT is paid time and-half after 40 hours of work per week.
Daily uniforms and working boots are provided free of charge by the company.
Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday and the custodian will work 5 days per week / 8 hours per day and unpaid 30-minute lunch. This is a FIRST SHIFT and starts at 6:30 am. Two (2) days off.
Punctuality and attendance policy is strictly enforced.

Perform a wide variety of custodial duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment; and perform related work as required

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent
• 6+ Months of relevant work experience in plant operations or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common use areas (break rooms, hallways, stairwells).
• Clean all restroom facilities (locker areas, showers, toilets, sinks).
• Clean all office spaces (offices, conference rooms, training areas.
• Monitor custodial supply levels; request supplies as needed.
• Maintain custodial equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Replenish expendable supply dispensers (hand towels, tissue, soap).
• Ensure an appropriate supply of bath towels.
• Perform other related duties as required or requested.
