About The Position

Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position includes a required in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility before transitioning to your permanent role in Randolph. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria’s high standards of excellence. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, in assigned areas such as offices, hallways, restrooms, and production areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Maintain floors by stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
  • Clean carpets using vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaning equipment.
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked in assigned areas.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and other tools, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, and making minor repairs to fixtures.
  • Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to the Maintenance and Automation Manager.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up for special events or meetings.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to cleaning and chemical handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage rooms and closets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance and Automation Manager.
