Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Works under general supervision of Maintenance supervisor. Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of facility, assures/maintains safety, assures adequate inventory, good repair and appropriate storage of raw materials. Demonstrates respect for Center property and equipment. Promotes harmony and willingly assumes additional duties as assigned. Ability to operate/request maintenance of industrial equipment. Physical job characteristics include but are not limited to moderate lifting (15 to 44 lb.), operation of cleaning equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, buffer), working while standing (throughout work shift), walking (throughout work shift), reaching (to reach areas to be cleaned above waist level). Work site conditions include working indoors and outdoors.
