About The Position

FMS has an open position of Custodian at a local K-12 School District. Looking for individuals who would like to supplement their income. Hours are mainly 2:30 pm-11:00 pm

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage
• Ability to lift 40 Lbs.
• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, offices, gymnasium and restrooms
• Trash removal
• Seasonal snow removal and salt/ice melting application is required
• Adherence of proper chemical handling procedures
