About The Position
To provide a refreshing work environment to ADI members by following cleaning and facility enhancement procedures. Custodians will be part of a team that will empty trash and clean in specific areas as well as provide supplies to break areas and restrooms. All necessary items needed to perform the tasks will be provided.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.
- Time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
Responsibilities
