As a Custodian at Chapel View, you'll be responsible for keeping our lovely facility in great shape and contributing positively to our residents' lives. We're seeking someone with a friendly, upbeat personality as our ideal candidate.

Chapel View, a 100-bed care center, offers Short-Term Rehab, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice Care services. We have a diverse staff and supportive leadership team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior custodial and maintenance experience.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides carpet and floor care in common areas, offices and stairwells.
• Disposes of trash from common areas and offices.
• Additional duties may include cleaning windows, elevators, wheel chairs, and moving/arranging furniture.
• Follow scheduled maintenance program.
• Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
• Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
• Perform other duties as requested.
