About The Position

Cummings Properties is seeking an experienced custodian with excellent communication skills for commercial common area cleaning; hallways, restrooms, etc. Because our custodial staff regularly assists the public with directions within our office facility and answers general questions about our organization, fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English is required. Custodians also do some light building maintenance/repairs and post-construction project cleaning.

• Experience in custodial work.
• Fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English.
