Custodian Worker – 1st and 2nd Shift
About The Position
Unica Enterprises is seeking self-motivated, energetic, responsible individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Shifts Available: 1st (7AM – 3:30PM) 2nd Shift (3PM – 11:30PM) This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- 1 year of custodial experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and meet E-Verify requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies and hallways
