Requirements

• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Clean and keep in an orderly condition washrooms, office premises, various flooring styles and common rooms such as break and dining areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors; remove trash and general refuse.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; polish metal fixtures and/or trimmings.
• Clean lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as deep-cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing additional rubbish.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance activities (vacuums, custodial hand tools, etc.) and notify management of need for site repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
