About The Position

The Custodian will perform custodial care and general maintenance for Legends Hall and Champions Club at The Marq Southlake. The Custodian's responsibility includes a wide range of cleaning and maintenance duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, polishing, dusting, and buffing floors, carpets, and furniture. The role will also involve emptying trash and garbage cans, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and assisting with the recycling program for city facilities. Other tasks include washing windows, walls, metal, woodwork, and all other building surfaces, and maintaining safe entry into buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial care and general maintenance for Legends Hall and Champions Club.
