Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks requiring bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or general facilities maintenance.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Litter removal from outdoor areas.
Sweeping walkways and outdoor areas.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including fixtures, floors, and surfaces.
Cleaning classrooms, offices, and common areas (e.g., vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors).
Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Emptying trash receptacles and recycling bins.
Replenishing supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap).
Washing windows and glass surfaces.
Moving and lifting cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
Assisting with basic setups for college events as required.
Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.
