About The Position

The position involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas within the facility, including production area bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and front offices. The primary responsibilities include preparing germicidal spray and equipment, spraying high touch points in all departments, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of surfaces and facilities. Additional tasks include emptying trash containers, restocking bathroom supplies, and performing general cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more consistently
• Ability to work in a non-air conditioned/non-heated work environment
• Flexibility to work shift hours as needed
• Availability for 1st shift (6 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or 2nd shift (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare germicidal spray and spray equipment
• Spray all high touch points in all departments
• Do not enter moving machinery or other hazardous areas
• Do not spray control panels to automation machinery
• Wipe down all touch points after spraying
• Empty trash containers and replace with new liners
• Restock bathroom tissue in dispensers
• Wipe down all walls, dispensers, sinks, handles, and mirrors
• Sweep and mop bathroom floors
• Place safety warning devices such as Wet Floor Signs
• Place floor air drying fans
• Sanitize all handles and doors
• Clean production area bathrooms, breakroom, offices, and front offices
• Perform other assigned duties by supervisor or as needed
