Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of successful employment in a custodial position preferred.
• Physical ability to individually lift 35 pounds required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work well independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties for daily operations of assigned building interiors.
• Coordinate and maintain cleanliness of facilities on campus.
• Inspect and monitor assigned buildings for cleanliness and safety.
• Restock restrooms and handle minor emergencies as needed.
• Clean interior glass surfaces at least twice a month or as required.
• Assist in moving furniture or setting up spaces as directed.
• Monitor custodial supply inventory and request additional stock as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance problems to the appropriate supervisors.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $15.15 to $18.25.
• Part-time work schedule with 25 hours per week.
