About The Position

GENERAL DUTIES: Perform a variety of tasks involving the overall care of the buildings and grounds. Direct, coordinate and participate in the cleaning, repairing, and maintenance of District buildings, District grounds, and heating/cooling plants. Leads the work of the night crew.

Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
Pass a pre-employment drug test
Basic knowledge of custodial equipment
Knowledge of custodial work, including the use of cleaning methods and materials
Ability to work from heights of up to 30 feet

Responsibilities
