About The Position

Full-time positions of 8 hours/day 5 days/week 12 month 260 days at Lee Vining schools and Bridgeport Elementary. Keeps school buildings and grounds clean, orderly and free from hazards, Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks necessary to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds and drives a school bus for the purpose of transporting students in a safe, orderly manner to and from school and on special trips.

Requirements

• Education and training equivalent to high school graduation
• Work experience demonstrating dependability and responsibility
• Possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License
• Complete training for and maintain a California School Bus Drivers certificate
• Obtain and keep current a First Aid Certificate issued by the American Red Cross or equivalent certification by the California Highway Patrol
• Testing for possible use of controlled substances
• Complete an application package through Edjoin (www.edjoin.org) to include an application, Letter of Introduction addressing the position qualifications and requirements, current resume, a copy of transcripts and two current letters of reference.
