About The Position

Custodian/ Machine Operator M-F 6:00am-2:30pm (flexible on shift hour) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Facility cleanliness Monitor/Maintenance of minor repairs Facility security Safety KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow Nightly/Weekly/Monthly cleaning schedule accurately and efficiently Clean and supply designated building areas: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitization, etc. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for major repairs; perform minor repairs (fixing doors, minor leaks, replace lightbulbs, etc.) Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances and checking the campus for litter Assist in emergency cleanup when needed. Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, setting the alarm, turning off all light switches and lamps in all rooms/offices/cubicles upon exit Use and maintain assigned equipment: vacuums, brooms, mops, etc. for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, and furniture. Follow all safety instructions including the use of chemicals and supplies (Use as Directed). Move furniture, equipment, supplies, use of ladders on incidental basis. Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Physically demanding role; requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, grasping, crouching, walking, lifting of 50lbs, twisting at the waist, raising arms above the head, climbing up and down stairs. Maintain cycle times and report any inefficiencies to process technician and / or supervisor. Recognize and record rejects Report excessive rejects per Seaway's work instruction standards. Follow IQMS and ISO standards. Follow and support safety standards. Recognize and report safety issues to supervisor. Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization. Follow Seaway's colored light communication system when needing help. Communicate effectively from operator to relief operator. Performs the process and task for each job specific production mold consisting of varying levels of complexity Use the provided approved Sample and quality documents as a guideline during production. Responsible for meeting standards for efficiencies and scrap, and safety. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
