About The Position

(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time QCA Custodial positions in the Quad Cities Areas: Davenport, IA! As commercial cleaning is a fast-paced industry, scheduling and placement decisions can be time-sensitive. • You will be working with cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Some Locations have- Mandatory PPE Requirements: Steel-toe boots are Required and Mandatory to be permitted on-site PBS issues one set of required PPE, including a hard hat/bumper cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, and a safety vest. If any items are lost or misplaced, the employee will be responsible for obtaining and purchasing replacements.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
