The Custodian I in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), OMV HQ Complex is responsible for the daily cleaning of assigned buildings, offices, and/or common areas by applying sustainable work practices in the operation and maintenance of all building systems and equipment in accordance with Department of General Services (DGS) and FMD policies, procedures, and guidelines and the Excellence in Public Buildings Initiative.

Requirements

• Must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s).
• Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
