About The Position

The Lowenwood Campus in Land O Lakes, WI has a full-time position available for a Custodian/Housekeeper. This position is responsible for cleaning building interiors to ensure facilities are ready for immediate occupancy. This role performs a full range of housekeeping functions, including cleaning, laundry support, room preparation for overnight guests, and furniture setup for events. The position requires flexibility, as work may include evenings, weekends, overtime, and emergency call-ins. The employee works independently with minimal supervision. In addition to daily cleaning duties, this role supports Facilities and Grounds operations by assisting with event setup and tear-down, snow removal, emergency response, and contractor support. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and timely completion of work orders and documentation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, integrity, reliability, and effective communication skills, while maintaining a professional appearance and contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
valid driver’s License required
physical ability to meet the requirements of the job which includes reaching with hands and arms, lifting and carrying a minimum of 25 lbs, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and extensive walking
