About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian / Housekeeping professional to join our team at Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club of Palmer Ranch Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a custodian or in housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Ensure all areas are kept neat and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies as needed.
