About The Position
The Head Start/Early Head Start custodian position involves performing custodial duties at County facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, along with one or more years of experience in custodial work. The role requires the ability to walk or stand for long periods, kneel, crouch, and work outside in a subtropical climate under adverse weather conditions. Candidates must also be able to exert varying amounts of force to move objects and pass a Level 2 criminal history background check, as well as checks for sex offenders and sexual predators.
