This role provides the chance to contribute to a well-established organization that values dedication, innovation, and service General Position Summary: Performs custodial duties to fulfill custodial services contract requirements according to customer specifications. Performs all tasks in a safe manner and meets Garten quality standards. Must be open to learning. May work independently or in cooperation with a team. Even when working independently, Garten is a team environment.

Responsibilities

Performs custodial duties at assigned sites.
Leads and directs workers in required custodial duties at assigned sites.
Ensures building security at specified sites.
Assists supervisor as requested and assigned.
Maintains frequent contact with supervisor throughout shift.
Notifies supervisor of any problems encountered in performance of assigned duties.
Ensures sites are cleaned per contract specifications and within established time perimeters.
Ensures safe work practices and compliance with policies and procedures are maintained.
May be requested to transport supplies and crew.
Performs quality assurance.
Provides input on ways the organization can create integrated employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Attends meetings and participates on teams/committees as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
