Custodian/Driver (Yonkers Corps)
About The Position
Responsibilities Clean and maintain facility daily. Clean and sanitize restrooms daily. Replace paper products as needed Empty all trash receptacles, place trash/recycling curbside for pickup Vacuum carpets daily Change lightbulbs do light maintenance and repairs Paint as needed Pick up and maintain cleaning supplies as needed Setup tables and chairs as needed Always ensure security of the building Responsible for keeping maintenance records/ cleaning for vehicles Assist with unloading of trucks as required Ensure signage/ equipment are in working condition Assist with pickup and drop off of seasonal workers as needed Shoveling and salting sidewalks Additional responsibilities as directed by Corps Officers Qualifications Current driver’s license Clean driving record Able to lift 60lbs.
