About The Position

The position involves maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. The individual will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, light maintenance, and ensuring the security of the building. This role requires physical activity and attention to detail to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• Current driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift 60lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facility daily.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily. Replace paper products as needed.
• Empty all trash receptacles, place trash/recycling curbside for pickup.
• Vacuum carpets daily.
• Change lightbulbs, do light maintenance and repairs.
• Paint as needed.
• Pick up and maintain cleaning supplies as needed.
• Setup tables and chairs as needed.
• Always ensure security of the building.
• Responsible for keeping maintenance records/cleaning for vehicles.
• Assist with unloading of trucks as required.
• Ensure signage/equipment are in working condition.
• Assist with pickup and drop off of seasonal workers as needed.
• Shoveling and salting sidewalks.
• Additional responsibilities as directed by Corps Officers.
