Requirements

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Experience in cleaning offices preferred.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles as required for the job.
• Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to team members and management.
• Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily trash removal, cleans all restrooms and restocks paper supplies and soap as needed, cleans the cafeteria by wiping all tables, counters, the refrigerator and mopping the floor, and spots clean all glass doorways as needed.
• Performs weekly dusting of desk areas, computer screens, and tops of shelves and cabinets; spot cleans glass in cubicles; vacuums the carpet at least twice each week and as needed; brushes off chairs in the cafeteria, conference room, and training room; dusts ledges, baseboards, and display shelves near the training room; sweeps the outside front entrance area; and feather dusts shelves for literature in the warehouse.
• Performs bi-weekly mopping and towel drying of the marble floor in the lobby and sweeps carpet edges.
• Performs maintenance items and any additional tasks as needed.
