The Custodian is responsible for daily cleaning/housekeeping, upkeep, and general maintenance of assigned location. The position requires championing Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and health and/or first aid rooms, maintaining cleaning room supply inventory, and general maintenance of custodial equipment. The custodian will also deep clean individual offices, pick up trash throughout the building and grounds, and communicate building issues to supervisors. Other duties may include operating vacuums, mopping and buffing floors, and assisting with moving boxes or furniture as needed.
