About The Position

JK Findings is actively seeking a motivated and dependable candidate to join our team. The Custodial position is responsible for maintaining the facility in good physical condition with a clean, neat, organized, safe and sanitary appearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Clean and sanitize breakrooms
• Clean, dust and wipe down furniture
• General cleaning of floors using broom, mop and/or vacuum cleaner
• Collect and take all trash to outside dumpster
• Process recyclables
• Monthly deep cleaning of floors by using a floor polisher/buffer
• Monitor and upkeep of exterior areas including trash removal in parking lot and grassy areas.
