About The Position
The position involves maintaining lodging facilities in an orderly and clean manner. Responsibilities include vacuuming rugs and draperies, sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors using industrial type power equipment. The incumbent will also dust, wax, and polish furniture, clean glass partitions and mirrors, and replace deodorizers and toiletries. Additional duties include reporting maintenance issues, maintaining cleaning supplies, providing bulk laundry services, and performing seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling and lawn care.
