Requirements

• Ability to handle chemicals properly and use custodial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of custodial duties including cleaning offices, lounges, restrooms, and hallways.
• Sweep, dust, mop, buff, and vacuum floors.
• Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and medical areas.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
• Collect and dispose of trash inside and outside facilities.
• Check supplies inventory and notify when low or depleted.
• Assist with landscape activities such as mowing and trimming shrubbery.
• Secure doors and windows.
• Participate in general maintenance activities including debris removal.
