The position involves a variety of duties that require heavy physical effort, including operating heavy powered equipment. The individual will be responsible for custodial maintenance and security of the assigned activity, maintaining the area in a neat and orderly manner. Daily tasks include cleaning and scrubbing restrooms, disinfecting and deodorizing toilets and sinks, replenishing supplies, setting up and moving furniture, dusting surfaces, washing windows, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors, replacing light bulbs, and making minor repairs. The role also requires reporting hazardous conditions and inventorying supplies. A strong emphasis is placed on providing world-class customer service, assisting customers positively, and adhering to safety regulations. The position may involve other related duties as assigned.
