About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Custodian Technician to join our team. As a Custodian Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within facilities.

Requirements

• MUST be able to pass comprehensive federal background check and finger printing.
• Be able to speak, write, and understand English.
• Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in custodial services (not required).

Responsibilities

• Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and notifying management of any shortages.
• Conducting minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and repairing minor fixtures.
• Following safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
