About The Position

Nascence Group is seeking a reliable Custodial Technician to perform cleaning and sanitation services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recreation facilities. The role involves maintaining public restrooms, shower facilities, and campground sanitation areas to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for park visitors. This position requires traveling between multiple recreation sites each day to perform cleaning services.

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable truck or pickup vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies and water containers between locations
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain documentation

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, showers, sinks, and urinals
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Restock toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Sweep, wash, and squeegee floors
• Clean mirrors, windowsills, lighting fixtures, and surfaces
• Remove mold, dirt, insects, and debris from facilities
• Maintain cleaning logs and daily checklists
• Follow all safety requirements and proper chemical handling procedures
• Travel between multiple recreation sites within the project area
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact respectfully with park visitors
