About The Position

The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes assisting in the completion of daily work schedules, training employees on safety measures, and ensuring that all equipment and chemicals are used accurately. The supervisor will also handle administrative functions related to employees and complete paperwork for work orders.

Requirements

• High School degree or GED required.
• 10 years of experience in a housekeeping role is required, including 5 years experience as a crew leader.
• Good communication skills required.
• Organizational skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing daily work schedules and work with crew to complete daily work.
• Train employees on the correct way to complete their work to ensure that all safety measures are followed.
• Complete paperwork for work orders.
• Make sure all equipment and chemicals are used accurately, including reviewing weekly supply requests from employees and logging of equipment use.
• Complete administrative functions regarding employees.
