What You'll Do: Champion our Custodial Standard of Excellence and restroom sanitation. Lead, train, and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-notch cleanliness. Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. Inspect restrooms and facilities regularly, correcting issues and retraining staff as needed. Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies. Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times. Serve as a role model for attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism.
