About The Position
Sitka Fine Arts Camp’s (SFAC’s) custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors to the Sitka Fine Arts Campus, ensuring all areas are safe. Essential Duties: Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms. Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors. Empties trash. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways. Cleans and polishes fixtures. Removes recycling materials. Cleans windows. Dusts and vacuums furniture. Laundry. Housekeeping in rooms (making beds, cleaning, taking out trash, etc).
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to provide courteous service to all campus users
- Experience in custodial work
- Thoroughness
- Good time management
