Requirements

• You like to stay active and hands-on throughout the day
• You notice the little things and take initiative to fix them
• You’re dependable and can manage your time without constant supervision
• You’ve got some basic maintenance skills (or are eager to learn)
• You take pride in doing things the right way—not the fast way
• Climbing ladders and stairs
• Bending, kneeling, and working around equipment
• Lifting up to 75 lbs
• Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Able to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, and problem solve.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects.
• Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulation

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors
• Walk your sites regularly, keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
• Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up
• Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly
• Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly
• Keep simple, accurate records of the work you’ve completed
