The Custodial Records Associate maintains collateral files and mortgage loan documents in support of the Wealth Management & Investment Services business line. This role involves receiving and preparing incoming materials for input into inventory, including receiving and shipping files/packages between various locations and verifying the quantity and condition of materials. The associate maintains an orderly and accurate record of all files and related documents in Terminal Digit order, locates requested documents and files to meet deadlines, and accommodates rushed and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities also include performing manual movement of file folders of varying volumes while maintaining organization, completing inventories, resolving discrepancies, researching file or document activity, making new labels for files, re-filing documents, and processing loan documents for acquisitions or sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 20 lbs or more.
  • Standing for long periods; able to bend or squat.
  • Willingness to climb stepladders up to 10 feet high.

Responsibilities
