About The Position

Period of Employment: 12 month position - part time/3 hours per day Reports to: Director of Facilities Salary: In accordance with Teamsters Contract - 2025/2026 Range ($17.61-$22.02)

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas as assigned.
• Classrooms, corridors, offices and other instructional and non-instructional spaces with treated mop and/or vacuum cleaner, wet mop (disinfect as needed), or duster.
• Remove waste from rooms and place in dumpster, making sure wastebaskets are in good sanitary condition.
• Drinking fountains, stairways, and entrances.
• Clean and disinfect lavatory floors, toilets, and sinks. Keep soap, paper towels and toilet paper dispensers filled.
• Keep Head Custodian updated on problems of emergency nature and/or potential problems and develop recommended solutions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Head Custodian.
