Custodial Position
About The Position
The successful candidate must have practical knowledge, experience and skill in general custodial, building and facility maintenance. Must be able to communicate with the public, be a team player, dependable and passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment for the Ashford School community. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: daily cleaning of the facility; heavy lifting; indoor/outdoor grounds care including snow removal/landscaping building maintenance and repairs; use of hand tools and power equipment; use of specialized cleaning products Physical stamina is necessary, frequent bending, lifting and reaching are common to this position. Current hourly rate $21.10. Wages and benefits per current MEUI agreement. Work hours may be subject to change based on the needs of Ashford School. Criminal history/fingerprinting required. EEO/AAE
