About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service delivery, while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Job Description: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the daily activities of lower-level housekeeping staff. Develops effective working partnerships with stakeholders and ensures service delivery aligns with established service level agreements. Promotes employee development and motivation through regular feedback and coaching and assists in resolving workplace disputes. Manages operational risk by enforcing policies and ensuring adherence to procedures. Identifies opportunities for process and/or service improvements. This role also includes responsibility for the accuracy of administrative records such as timekeeping, inventory, and other documentation. May assist in managing vendor contracts.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in custodial operations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of cleaning equipment
