About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Custodial Maintenance Associate to join our team at Cranberry Landing in Rochester, NY. This position is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall well-being of our residents and guests. As a Custodial Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our community is not only clean but also aesthetically pleasing for everyone who visits or resides here. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment, and your role will be integral in achieving this goal. In this position, you will engage in various custodial tasks, including floor care and general cleaning duties. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the facility, ensuring that all spaces are safe and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a clean and secure environment for our residents. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and highly organized, with a passion for working with seniors. This role requires flexibility, as you will need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to act as night security, ensuring the safety of our residents during the night hours.
