Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pleasant, professional demeanor
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with few to no points
- Flexible schedule required
- 5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Perform daily custodial and janitorial duties by assigned area checklist
- Shop area cleaning, including occasional fluid an oil spills, and collect and dispose recycle materials
- Maintain facility lighting (clean fixtures, replace bulbs/lamps)
- Inspect and Service area (trash and debris removal)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
