About The Position

Supervises the management and operations of the Custodial and Grounds Division that contributes to the daily site appearance of all district sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years’ experience managing large-scale custodial or grounds maintenance OR Ten years’ progressively responsible experience supervising large-scale grounds maintenance and/or custodial services.
• Knowledge and ability to use word processing, database, and spreadsheets.
• FBI fingerprint background check
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Post offer/Pre employment physical and 50 lb. lift test.
• Valid Driver’s license (Arizona Driver’s License required within 30 days of hire)
• MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
• Bloodborne Pathogen training offered by TUSD Risk Management Department.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working collaboratively in partnership with various labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
• FAMIS experience.
