Your work as a Floor Care Specialist ensures that local students and staff have a bright, clean, and safe place to learn every single day.
Requirements
- Previous floor tech experience preferred
- reliable transportation
- A "safety-first" mindset (you know your way around wet floor signs!).
- The physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and stay active.
- Dependability—we can count on you to show up and shine.
Responsibilities
- Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff, and polish hard surfaces to a high shine
- Carpet Care: Perform deep cleaning and shampooing as needed.
- Equipment Pro: Safely operate floor scrubbers and burnishers.
- Support the Team: Help your fellow Custodians with general cleaning tasks like trash removal or vacuuming to keep the school in top shape.
