About The Position
Position Available: Full Time Custodial Floater - Flexibility Needed Scheduled : Monday through Friday, Flexible availability needed on 1st & 2nd Shift. Must be able to travel outside of Flint, MI. Wage: $17.00/hour Now offering DailyPay service. Work today, get paid tomorrow! Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Short/Long Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off ( Accrued ) Paid Holiday Consistent Work Schedules Company Provided Training Primary Responsibilities: Must travel to various locations in personal vehicle or company vehicle (site specific), in all weather, and available for all shifts Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility Cover open custodial runs, following a run sheet and scope of work that will include but are not limited to these tasks: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping Operate floor equipment such as; auto floor scrubbers and vacuums Empty trash receptacles General cleaning of furniture, windows, window sills, and walls Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets and break rooms Setting up and cleaning up after scheduled events Light building maintenance General snow removal/lawn care as needed Position Requirements: Previous custodial/ janitorial experience. GED/High School Diploma Customer service skills Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to pass a criminal background check Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record Taking care of our customers, while they take care of their business! Requirements
- Previous custodial/ janitorial experience.
- GED/High School Diploma
- Customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
