About The Position

Responsible for coordinating the custodial staff and custodial services for the corporate office. Ensures the corporate office has a clean and comfortable environment and safeguards the company's image.

Requirements

• Previous supervisor experience.
• Previous custodial experience.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and up to 60 lbs.
• Standing, sitting or walking for duration of shift.
• Pulling stretching, bending and lifting for duration of shift.
• Visually read reports, work orders, etc.
• Manual dexterity for such duties as needed in the maintenance department.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Excellent demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate projects.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the in-house custodial staff.
• Assists with the development and management of the custodial budget.
• Manages inventory levels of basic custodial supplies (i.e., bathroom towels, cleaning products and supplies etc.).
• Oversees custodial staff paperwork and completes assigned daily schedule.
• Ensures that carpeted floors and floor mats are vacuumed daily.
• Ensures tiled floors are cleaned daily with industrial floor scrubbing machine.
• Ensures all windows are cleaned by using cloths and Clear Power.
• Ensures that all trash is removed from assigned areas in the building and deposits it into the receptacle.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned multiple times daily (sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting of facilities, wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant.
• Ensures the Leaf & Drop, Fitness Center and Event Center are cleaned daily.
• Ensures all refuse is removed from the grounds around the building and parking lots.
• Performs all custodial duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
