Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Experience operating janitorial equipment (sweepers, buffers, etc.)
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and security
• Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities
• The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance

Nice To Haves

• Current “Q” or “L” clearance
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments
• Knowledge of proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and materials
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in maintaining a clean, professional workspace

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of custodial, inventory, and facility support duties to keep the plant clean, safe, and efficient
• Manage janitorial supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Maintain both interior and exterior spaces, including offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and lawns
• Support waste disposal
• Follow all security and safety requirements
• Help Centrus maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care
