Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check

Nice To Haves

Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred
Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure
Willingness to assist the public and maintain a customer-friendly attitude
Respect for confidentiality and workplace professionalism

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance
Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways
Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance
Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more
Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned
Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways
Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries
Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care
Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition
