About The Position

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to support both new and existing clients. This role involves managing quotations, processing orders, and providing pre- and post-sale support, while also handling complex transactions and contractual commitments. The position requires effective project management to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success roles.
  • Strong risk and situational-based critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients and internal teams to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Author sales quotations in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Review, enter, and manage client sales orders and change orders through shipment.
  • Communicate and drive resolution of contractual requirements directly with clients.
  • Coordinate and track schedules with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client contacts and understand their procurement policies.
