About The Position

The Cushion Stuffer is responsible for filling various cushion types and sizes to support the final inspection process and maintain production flow. This physically active role requires standing and movement throughout the 40–45 hour work week in both climate and non-climate-controlled environments.

Requirements

Proven ability to meet production deadlines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable working in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments.
Effective at organizing and managing multiple tasks.
Physically capable of continuous walking, bending, and lifting.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Experience working in a production or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Match and stuff properly labeled back cushions with corresponding cover materials.
Use a stuffing machine to fill seat cushions, ensuring foam and covers are correctly labeled.
Secure zipper ends to prevent exposure.
Inspect seams for straightness and overall quality.
Check cushions for correct shape, fullness, and workmanship.
Review leather and sewing for defects.
Collaborate with Deluxers and other team members as needed.
